It's held on New Year's Eve at a club.
As this is the first time for the band to perform a live show outside the school premises, so they learn all sorts of new stuff from signing up to stage lightings. Add to that, Yui's carefree attitude and you've got a laughable situation.
They meet up with some old friends on Ritsu and Mio and perform at the live show. They do run into some problems here and there but in the end, everything turns out for the best like in the series.
A good, warm Extra to an amazing series.
