If the show has a proper plot, there us a female who is well designed and 3 dimensional, and she happens to attractive, then the hot woman doesn't hurt the show at all and could be argued to enhance it. It's the difference between transformers and burn notice. Megan fox is excessive and seems to be designed to distract from the lack of anything interesting aside from explosions. Burn notice there technically isn't any reason fiona needs to be hot, but it doesn't hurt anything. We like fiona. Similarly there's no reason for there to be so many lolis in this show, but they don't hurt anything. In about 4 or 5 episodes, depending on how many episodes the upcoming arc is, which is science focused. The current arc should be over by episode 5. Anyway, I'm glad the anime cut down on the amount of magic explanations compared to the novels while still getting the main parts. Sometimes it gets really dull and I end up skimming or skipping a good deal of it. |

| I'm getting so sick of Japan's accidental sexuality humor. We've got it, being accidently doing something sexually intrusive is traumatizing. How many more times must you do this, anime industry? Panty & Stocking has the right idea, being apologetically sexual. I'm tired of cringing over these situations. Sexuality, fine. Making is result from clumsiness and accidents all the time, it's one of those things that works once in a million years, and then becomes and old card for a million more after that. And god, what is with the only thing some people are sharing in their posts is spoilers for this arc? Just comment on what's going on now. Not that this isn't an entirely predictable situation, but that's just not a quality post at all. We got it, you're cool and you read the manga first. | Hehe, more than enough fanservice to come by in this one. Agnese Sanctis has only been introduced this episode (I recognized Kugimiya Rie's voice immediately) and she's already part of it together with Index. =P But whatever happened tot that Ouma Yamisaka guy from the last episode? Are they even going to finish that? =S Interested in this arc though. Let's see how this will turn out between the churches and between Stiyl and Kanzaki. |

| Ah! Where is this going? While interactions between the various denomonations of the church are good, I want to see about the secrets of Academy City! For instance, in the last episode of series 1, they revealed that the head of Academy City is none other than Alister Crowley! Then it never gets mentioned again. Bum. |

| lol, since when did religion become a turf war for power between a bunch of thugs? That's not even religion anymore. oh, anime, the way you twist things so awkwardly. Why does Inedx bite Toma so much more than before? (and for no reason) At least she had some reason to do it before. God, she is definitely going to go down as one of the more annoying characters in anime history. Who is that weird girl (Archbishop Laura) who was giving orders to Stiyl? See acts like some kind of f***ing queen, what with her fancy tea and position as some sort of higher part of the church. She pisses me off, who does she think she is? She just looks like a spoiled brat. It makes me mad knowing that she giving out orders like she’s special or something, especially since it looks like she has no power. Why would people listen and do what she says when she has no power to enforce anything? |

| Touma is sooooo lucky with pretty girls. seeing Index fully naked, I'm drooling already :D Mannnn gimme Index <333333333. Oh and also interesting to see a religious struggle, the Roman Catholics vs. the Amakusa, and YES i do recall Kanzaki being a part of the Amakusa before though this ep reminded us. Even back during the Crusades, there was religious wars! I liking this! 5/5 again! :D |
| Some interesting new characters and start of the story and a bit of fan service as well! Nice episode with an interesting ending! Lets see what's next! |

| 4/5 When science and magic meet, an epic adventure will begin. Episode far more intriguing and rich in elements engaging. Plot changing scenario, presenting and re-presenting us with new and old characters. Narration much richer references in this arc. Design and animations good, sufficient scenarios. Fanservice snowball! Not very original series can almost watch the same pattern seen in previous animated series, I hope not, at the end! Rating of 4/5 for this reason and for the fanservice that just focuses narrated with that! Touma increasingly little character intriguing. |

| Wait, but what happened to the other guy and his cursed lover? Will we ever know or did they just said : ''Well, they know Touma saved her so lets not give a shit''? Anyway, that's unsettling, but that aside, it was an eventful episode. Index got kidnapped (again) and we got introduced into a religion war (again) with nuns (again). That new leader from the Amasuka look pretty neat with his oriental look. Poor Touma, surounded by crazy lolis who bite him or run to him naked to create even more misunderstanding. He really have a shitty life (well, except that he seem to be a chicks magnet). |

| Well, telepathy symbols are a bit cool.. Now that I think about it, by the way.. We probably can do our science magic and talk noone being able to hear us as well.. Just use headphones.. ;p We still would need to talk, though, but still.. We also, I guess, can enter text by other means, and computer would turn it into voice.. Sport festival with using abilities?.. Sounds a bit like tournament arc.. Well, probably won't happen - we don't have that much characters from the school to get tournament arc, really.. So Touma just randomly encountered Ursula everyone was searching for?.. Well, lucky boy.. ;p So lucky that I'm starting to doubt, if he is truly unlucky after all, as it was claimed before in the anime.. ;P Hm.. Index actually knows a lot.. About magic.. And Amakusa.. Agnese certainly gets a lot of moments with Touma this episode.. Right from the start that she showed up.. First Touma falls in front of her panties.. Then in the shower.. Now dream walking, and as a result being in his bed.. That's the hell lot of teasing.. ;P What is that silly funny posing by Amakuse members in the end?.. ;D Are half of them chuunis or something?.. ;p |
